The Rent Is Too Damn High

The rent is too DAMN high!!!!!

Those classic words will forever be remembered.  New York Governor hopeful Jimmy McMillan created and is running for office on the "rent is too damn high" party.  His theory is that the entire economy is suffering because New Yorkers cannot afford to pay their rent, nonetheless afford basic living standards.

He may have a point.  Because rent is too high people do buy cheaper food which causes them to live unhealthy and end up using medical resources.  Because rent is high people have to work more, therefore their children grow up unsupervised and can possibly end up on the wrong side of society.  The rent too high first sounded like a funny slogan but when you boil it down... he has a point... rent IS too damn high!

Jimmy McMillan himself is a very confusing and entertaining gentleman.  He speaks with a swagger and demeanor like a spoken word artist, and is very convincing.  He also has a very stern approach and doesn't seem to mind the fact that people are making light of his platform.  He just wants us to know that New York state is in a bad position... cause rent is too high!

Mr. McMillan is a confessed Karate Expert.  He refuses to talk badly about other candidates.  His sole purpose and sole purpose only for running is to help the children.  He is not concerned what people think about him.

This fellow is very interesting and just may, just may, be your new governor of New York State.

...all because the RENT IS TOO HIGH!
